How far ahead should I order?
We recommend at least 1 week's notice, especially for large or custom orders.
Rush orders
Orders needed within 48 hours carry a 20% rush surcharge, based on availability.
Delivery
Local delivery (0–10mi) is $15 flat, plus $1.50/mi beyond that. Pickup is always free.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your order. The remaining balance is due by pickup/delivery.
Changes after ordering
Final design and flavor details are locked in 5 days before your event — changes after that may not be possible.

Let us know on your order form — we'll do our best to accommodate, though our kitchen handles common allergens.
